The free letter

Purchase details and letter text are processed in this browser. They are not sent to our server, Google or an AI service. Copying or downloading saves the text only where you choose on your device.

The free tool does not save a transfer draft or send your information to checkout. Leaving or reloading the page can remove the entered text; copy or download it if you want to keep it.

Your follow-up date

The optional calendar file contains a date, a generic title and a public link to the free tool. It contains no purchase details. You choose whether to import it into your calendar; your calendar provider then processes the entry under its own terms. Refunded sends no reminder email.

Optional statistics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow statistics. It measures visits, active time, known referral sources and fixed actions such as starting or completing a letter, copying and downloading. It receives no name, order number, defect description or letter text.

The basis is your consent. Google receives technical request information, including your IP address when its servers are contacted. Advertising features and automatic form measurement are off. Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months; aggregate reports may remain longer.

When statistics is available, you can reject it and still use the entire free tool. Use Statistics settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops future collection.

Storage on your device

A statistics choice is remembered for up to 180 days. After consent, Google cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days and a fixed source category is kept for the current tab. No advertising cookies are requested. The interface can remember language choice.

Hosting and contact

Netlify hosts the site and processes technical requests and security logs to deliver and protect it. This includes IP address, browser information and requested address. The purpose is reliable operation and prevention of abuse. Technical information is retained as needed for operation and security under the hosting terms.

If you email us, we use the information to answer the enquiry and retain it only as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. Hosting and handling enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in operating the website and answering questions.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request portability where the conditions apply. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Datatilsynet.
