Refunded.

About Refunded

A small next step when a purchase lets you down.

Refunded helps you put a complaint in writing. Create a free Danish letter, review it and send it yourself.

Who runs Refunded?

Refunded and Reklamationsret.dk have the same owner. The aim is to make it easier to move from a faulty item to a clear message to the shop.

Reklamationsret.dk provides general information. Refunded helps with the letter. The tool does not decide your legal entitlement in an individual case.

Questions or an error on the site? Write to refunded.eu@proton.me. Leave out national ID numbers, bank details and sensitive information.

How the letter is prepared

You enter the purchase, fault and requested solution. The tool places your details in a fixed Danish template in your browser. It makes no automatic legal assessment and does not send the free letter to an AI service. Your own descriptions are kept as entered.

Review the letter, edit the details and add your name. Send it from your own email and attach your proof of purchase and relevant photos.

Sources and corrections

General guidance draws on Forbrug.dk, Retsinformation and Nævnenes Hus. Read legislation together with later amendments. Specific source links accompany the explanations on Reklamationsret.dk.

AI has helped with development, design and draft text. This is not professional approval. Errors are checked against sources; dates are not changed simply to make content look new.

Free now. Further help is being prepared.

The free letter requires no account or payment. A limited Danish service for relevant replies and follow-ups is being prepared and cannot yet be ordered. Read about the planned price and scope.

Free guidance is also available from Forbrug.dk, European Consumer Centre Denmark and, for eligible purchases, e-mærket.
